Hey guys it's ya girl Milz! I became a quadriplegic in 2014 and ever since I've became obsessed with walking. There's no blueprint to life after a spinal cord injury. Finding balance between accepting myself and over doing it at the gym became exhausting. It became so unhealthy that I began to question my existence. Unfortunately, sometimes things just happen in life. And despite all the effort or praying you may have done some things don't go back to your old "normal". I've learned to enjoy the ride and embrace the new life I have now. I'm excited that this injury has brought me to create this wonderful website. Remember you are more than your disAbility.
